SHIPPING:: Canadian Accounts - We charge shipping to the customer. - We ship Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship Expedited Parcel: a commercial rate which we receive from Canada Post. This is your best value and will take between 5 - 10 days.; U.S. Accounts - We pay all duty, customs fees and shipping costs to Blaine, WA. The customer pays shipping from there. - We ship Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Unless otherwise requested, we ship UPS ground.

PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, C.O.D. or Net 30 on approval.

ACCOUNT APPROVAL AND TERMS:: Please supply name, address & fax # of your bank and three suppliers.; All orders C.O.D. or prepaid pending account approval.; Payments received after the due date are subject to a 1.5% charge per month, or part month.

WILDWOOD GUARANTEE

We will accept returned non-custom goods for ANY reason.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of any of our products, we will credit your account to the value of the returned goods.

We will also credit you with the cost of return shipping, if the return is due to quality problems.Should you return goods for any other reason, however, we expect you to cover the cost of shipping.There are no returns on custom product.

All returns must be pre-authorized and arranged with our office.

This unconditional guarantee is only effective if the returns are packed carefully and are in good condition with price tags removed, otherwise a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
